Hi! I'm the heart behind Sandiz.

Sandiz began with a childhood dream I always carried with me: learning how to sew. After becoming a wife, a mom, completing my studies, and working for major companies, I made the decision to pursue my dream of creating something that was truly mine, something I could be proud of.

Teaching has always been one of my greatest passions, and I'm blessed to currently teach at the university level. But alongside that love for education, I also felt a strong desire to create with my hands.

So, I finally enrolled in sewing classes, and from the very first day, I fell in love. That Christmas, I made handbags as gifts for all the women in my family, especially my daughters and seeing their joy confirmed what I already knew in my heart: this was my calling. I had always dreamed of building something entirely my own, and the name chose itself. Sandiz is the union of my two last names a name I always dreamed of combining into a brand that carries my identity, my roots, and my story.

Today, with the support of my family and God's guidance, I continue creating colorful designs and handmade pieces filled with love in the tropical island of Puerto Rico.
