Política de reembolso

Your purchase will ship from Puerto Rico shipping location, meaning you can expect to receive your order in the domestic U.S. within 5-7 business days per the USPS once the item ships. 

We try to ship orders out as soon as possible and cannot guarantee any cancellations or changes once your order has been completed, but we can sometimes make changes if the order has not yet shipped. Orders that have been shipped cannot be changed or canceled. 

Refund and Exchange Policy

We offer both refunds and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction with every handmade piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. The customer is responsible for covering any shipping costs associated with the return or exchange.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, or an exchange/store credit will be provided, depending on your preference.

To be eligible for a return and exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the customer chooses to return or exchange, the item within 14 days of receiving it, they are responsible for paying the return shipping cost to our facilities. This amount is non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
